Home Design in Lake Tahoe Chase International – Then and Now

Back in 2018- 2019 everywhere I looked, there was white paint… literally everywhere.  I love the look but I would question, how does it look 2 years later?  Probably would show a lot of dirt, fingerprints, knicks, bruises.  I am seeing the trend edge towards modern with more rustic tan brown, and black tones come back into the latest design trends.  Thank goodness.  All that white, while it is fresh, it looks amazing but I have been told it does not stand the test of time.  Search the latest greatest modern homes on my Tahoe Truckee real estate website.
